Who is responsible
Flux CFD Engineering is an early-stage start-up, not yet a registered company. The persons responsible for your personal data (joint controllers) are Kajetan Gułaj and Mikołaj Koczerga, private individuals based in Poland.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].
What we do not do
This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking or advertising tools, no contact forms and no user accounts. It loads no fonts, scripts or embedded content from other websites.
The site links to our LinkedIn page. Nothing is sent to LinkedIn unless you follow that link; once you are on LinkedIn, its own privacy policy applies.
Hosting
The website (flux-cfd-engineering.com) is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks and abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request: your IP address, browser and device information, the page requested and the time of the request. If a page fails to load, your browser may send a network error report to Cloudflare. Cloudflare keeps this data for a limited period under its own policies.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; Cloudflare safeguards such transfers under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Emailing us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to read and answer your message. Our email is provided by Zoho Corporation B.V. and stored in Zoho's EU data centre; Zoho acts as our processor.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where your message concerns a possible agreement with us, steps taken at your request before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep emails as long as needed to handle the matter and delete them afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone other than the providers named above, unless the law requires us to. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl), or with the authority in the EU country where you live.
Provider policies
